gh browse

Open a repository, an issue or a file on GitHub in the browser

What it does

gh browse opens the home page of the current repository. With a number it opens an issue or a pull request, with a path a file, and with :number after the path the right line: gh browse src/app.js:12.

--settings goes to the repository settings, --releases to the releases. -n opens nothing and prints the address instead: handy for copying a link to a colleague.
